More than 20 years of increasingly responsible positions within the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) profession providing patient care, EMS education, and personnel management.  I have consistently performed above and beyond the expectations of each position I have held. I have demonstrated the ability to identify both problems and opportunities, and to develop and implement effective action plans.  As an EMS Educator I develop and instruct classes in both curriculum and continuing education programs, and have used proven communication skills to coordinate the activities of other instructors and build strong working teams to ensure the provision of high quality education.  I am a certified EMS instructor in Colorado (and formerly in North Carolina), the Colorado Assistant State PHTLS Coordinator, as well as an instructor in ACLS, PALS, PEPP, and AMLS
